WHO WE ARE
The Vermont COVID-19 Volunteer Network was designed to call on creative community members in an effort to help provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also provide community support directly to those impacted the most by the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is a great group for makers and designers or others with the ability to create or provide much needed critical equipment during a time when it is needed the most.
DO YOU KNOW HOW TO SEW?
If you do, we could really use your help!
All around the state (and the world, for that matter), fabric masks and surgical caps are being used by civilians and healthcare professionals as a way to protect from illness. Fabric face masks and surgical caps are in high demand right now.
3D PRINTER TO WORK
AND FOR A REALLY GOOD CAUSE!
If you have a 3D printer just sitting around and collecting dust... Okay, we know that probably isn't the case, and neither is it for others in the community who are printing components for face shields!
Face shields come in a variety of styles, but they serve the same purpose. To protect health care workers from infectious fluids while performing care to patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have a 3D printer or know someone who does, please click the Volunteer button below.
Donations are currently allowing us to pay for filament!
Maybe you have supplies and don't even know it!
We are accepting donations for much-needed supplies so that we can continue to make PPE for little to no cost.
Current Needed Items:
3d printing filament, clear binder covers, clear sheet protectors, 1/4" and large elastic, large buttons (.865 or 3/4"), financial donations and or store gift cards to local grocery stores that provide for people in need
